Holiday Inn Express Puebla

Hotel is nice and clean. Large rooms and comfortable bed. The down side was the room temperature. It was really hot and the air conditioner was loud but could not bring the temperature down. Would be good if you could open a window.

I love this hotel very much! I’ve stayed several times, and each time the service was excellent. It is close to Centro and other amenities you will need. The city view is breathtaking. I love the comfort of the rooms and the noise control. The breakfast is delicious. Everything is very planned and executed. Doña Juana is so kind when cleaning and organizes everything perfectly ! I love all the staff.

As a Spire member it's one of the best HIEx I've stayed including states side. Great location, great views from the hotel room. Rooms a clean and up to date. Service is very professional and courteous. The breakfast has a variety of choices. I will definitely stay here when I come back. Oh, and the price is very reasonable.

The room was a little old dated, but the service was ok, and they have new 4k smart big screen tv if you want to spent a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but for a week, it's to common, and same food every day.

We showed up with our truck and trailer being towed as we broke down on the highway, they were such a great help and so accommodating! Staff was lovely and so helpful. I have managed a number of resort hotels in Canada and can say the staff here are great! Well done.

It was a nice hotel according to the price. It is 20 mins away from downtown by car. There is a Walmart at walking distance. It is next to Intercontinental Hotel, where restaurants are open to all public and food is very delicious. Ten mins way from the smallest volcano IN THE WORLD All staff in the hotel was always really nice. View from the hotel is extraordinary. Special thanks to Camarista Juana Tenorio, who was extra kind and accommodating.

This is a busy hotel for good reason. Room clean and spacious. Staff helpful and professional. Comfortable bed. Good wifi albeit with occasional hiccups. Fabulous breakfast included with room reservation. Real hangers in closet. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for a city-view room because if those windows were like my room's windows, I would have been unhappy trying to see through grime-clouded glass. A clear view of the tree foliage outside my room's window would have enriched my stay. Neither a fridge nor microwave is standard in all rooms; these come at a premium. Only by accident did I discover the room's ice bucket behind what I thought was a drawer, the bucket rightfully belongs in plain view on the desk or next to the sink. Walkable neighborhood; across the street is an elevated pedestrian/bicycle "ciclopista" that runs more than 7 km. I would give the hotel a 5, even with the lack of a fridge in all rooms, but for those grimy windows!

Everything was more than fine. The early teen soccer group that checked in on the last night was absolutely NOT fine. Loud, obnoxious kids. This is really not the hotel's fault but still...
